Jon Aramburu closed out a remarkable season with Real Sociedad, establishing himself as a key player in the team’s defensive lineup. At just 22 years old, the Venezuelan right-back played 49 matches across LaLiga, the UEFA Europa League, and Copa del Rey, logging over 3,000 minutes, scoring one goal, and providing one assist—though his main strength was clearly his defensive prowess.

In the final match against Real Madrid, Aramburu stood out while facing off against stars like Vinícius Jr. and Kylian Mbappé, recording 8 defensive duels won and 7 successful tackles, the most in the match.
Top European clubs such as Atlético Madrid, Inter Milan, Newcastle United, and Real Madrid have shown interest in him. In response, Real Sociedad renewed his contract and set a €60 million release clause, aiming to secure his future in San Sebastián.
